Great location, but uncomfortable beds
Location is good, room has good dimensions and the bathroom is good. Breakfast was also good.
Bed was not comfortable and soundproofing was really bad, our room was next to the outdoor and we woke up every time someone entered or left the facilities.

Great location but basic.
Location
No reception on site and nothing other than bare essentials like pillow and towel. Don't even have duvet cover or kettle. Can hear very clearly what happened on the street.

Excellent location and clean, comfortable room.
Central location, easy to walk everywhere. Near to Anton Martin market and many small bars and cafes. Walking distance to Reina Sofia, Prado and Retiro Park. Room was cleaned daily and everything was newly refurbished. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Double glazing was excellent at keeping out street noise. Good, modern air-conditioning.
It would have been good to have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks. Street outside was small but pretty noisy so we had to keep the windows closed at night. Slight smell of drains in the bathroom.

- very clean - close to all the spots - nice staff
- the air conditioner was way too loud
